2. An Awareness Program was conducted in Nadur K and Nandikur Gram Panchayat about the
Government Schemes on Agriculture. There were 45 beneficiaries who participated in the
awareness program and applied for the subsidized tarpaulin. Actual cost of the single sheet of
tarpaulin is Rs.1200/-. The 22 beneficiaries received it through the Agriculture Department of
Kalaburagi in subsidized price paying per sheet Rs.400/- only (Rupees four hundred only).
3. Under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sanmaan Fund 6 farmers were helped to avail the compensation
of Rs. 10,000 each towards the Crop loss due to excess rain and flooding in Nandur K village of
Kalaburagi district. The Compensation was handed over by honourable Chief Minister Shri
Basavaraj Bommai during his visit to Kalaburagi on the occasion of Kalyana Karnataka
Liberation Day celebration on 17 th of September 2022.
