Sevasangama Development Society is a non-government volunteer organization, registered under Indian Society Act in 2006, that responds to the life situations of the marginalized and backward sections of the community especially rural women in Kalaburagi, Bidar, Viyapura and Yadgiri Districts since 2006. It aims at Including the excluded of the Society in the process of development. Down the years Sevasangama in association with its sister organization ORBIT (Organization of Bidar Integral Transformation) has stretched its wings in Bidar, Kalburgi, Yadgiri and Bijapur catering the various issues of women, men, children, people living with disability, people living with HIV/AIDS, and leprosy. Sevasangama also has been promoting care of Mother Earth by promoting watershed programs, rain water harvesting, organic farming, farm ponds, vermin compost, kitchen gardening, movements against single usage plastic, promotion of solar energy and plantation of saplings.
