On August 18th, a cancer awareness program was organized for the women of the Women's
Self-Help Group at Seva Sangama Organization in Kalaburagi district. Mrs. Nirmala, the
coordinator of the Women's Development Program, participated in the event. Mrs. Swati, the
coordinator of the cancer program, explained the symptoms and effects of cancer during the
program. She also shared how growing vegetables at home can help maintain good health. A
total of 42 women participated in the program and gained valuable information.
